Is non monogamy the same as polyamory?

Non-monogamy can be any kind of form of sex-related connection beyond an additional relationship you might be in. Love does not have to be involved, it can be totally physical. Polyamory means lots of loves, basically. It can be a sex-related connection or a non-sexual but mentally charming one, and it still counts as polyamory.
